高校师德师风建设“风车模式”构建与实践

The Construction and Practice of the“Windmill Model”for the Construction of Teachers'Ethics in Universities

适应新时代要求,持续改进与创新师德师风建设工作,需要构建完备的师德师风建设制度体系,形成有效的师德师风建设长效机制。基于郑州商学院党委教师工作部开展师德师风建设工作的实践,提出以学校师德师风建设领导小组为风车立轴,以党委教师工作部为风车轮轴,以政治方向、师德教育、师道尊严、师德管理和责任体系为风车的五个叶片,以立德树人根本任务为风车转动的动力,进而形成加强和改进新时代师德师风建设的“风车模式”。

Optimizing the system and building an effective long-term mechanism for the construction of teachers'ethics and style will promote the continuous improvement and innovation of the construction of teachers'ethics and style,to better to meet the requirements of the development of higher education in the new era.Based on the practice of the work of teachers'ethics and style in Zhengzhou Business University,the“windmill model”for strengthening and improving the construction of teachers'ethics and style in the new era is summarized,that is,the leading group for the construction of teachers'ethics and style in the school is taken as the vertical axis of the windmill,the teacher work department of the Party Committee is taken as the axle of the windmill,the political direction,teachers'ethics education,teachers'dignity,teachers'ethics management and responsibility system are taken as the five blades of the windmill,and the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people is taken as the driving force for the windmill to rotate.
