高职院校劳动教育课程体系化建设研究

On the Systematical Course Construction of Education on the Hard-working Spirit in Higher Vocational Colleges

劳动教育事关学生的素质培养,契合了职业院校人才培养的目标,对于民族振兴、社会发展有着更加深远的意义。高职院校必须通过建设好劳动教育课程体系,贯彻落实全国教育大会关于加强劳动教育的精神。劳动教育课程的体系化建设,要基于当前学生的思想实际和学校劳动教育的现状,需要从建设组织体系、教学体系、实施体系、保障体系等四个方面着手,将劳动教育融入人才培养,校企对接、协同育人,做到理论教学和实践体验相统一。高职院校通过加强劳动教育提升人才培养规格,为社会培养更多高素质技术技能人才。

Education on the hard-working spirit is related to the quality cultivation of college students and fits into the talent cultivation objectives of higher vocational colleges.Hence it has a more profound effect on national rejuvenation and social development.Higher vocational colleges can construct a systematical labor course education in a bid to implement the National Education Conference's guideline on strengthening the education on hard-working spirit.Systematical course construction of such education,based on the status quo of both the students'ideological situation and the colleges'labor education,can be undertaken from four aspects,namely,building organization system,teaching system,implementation system and guarantee system,and integrate the labor education into talent cultivation,cooperation and cooperative education between higher vocational colleges and enterprises in an effort to coordinate the theoretical teaching and practical experience.Higher vocational colleges will cultivate more qualified professionals for the society by strengthening the education on the hard-working spirit and improving the talent-cultivation standard.
