现代学徒制是我国职业教育改革中的热点,现代学徒制给高职思想政治理论课教学环境、教学对象、教师队伍带来了种种变化。高职思想政治理论课要与我国现代职业教育培养模式的创新举措同向同行,以变制变,结合现代学徒制的特点和要求,做到思政课教学理念、思政课教学资源、思政课教学内容、思政课教学方法、思政课教师队伍、思政课考评体系的同向同行,不断在改进中加强,构建适合现代学徒制的高职思政课。

The modern apprenticeship is a hot spot in the reform of vocational education in China.The modern apprenticeship has brought various changes to the teaching environment,teaching objects and teachers of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges.The ideological and political courses should develop side by side in the same direction with the innovative measures of modern vocational education.The ideological and political courses should combine the characteristics and requirements of modern apprenticeship,change teaching philosophy,teaching resources,teaching content,teaching methods,teacher team and assessment system,and construct a high school ideological and political course suitable for modern apprenticeship.
