摘要
通过热压工艺将3种商业化镀银针织物(经绒镀银织物、经平镀银织物、双罗纹镀银织物)电极布与泡沫结合,制备泡沫/镀银针织物复合干电极,并评价复合干电极的电气性能及肌电监测性能。研究结果显示:布面平整且厚重的经绒泡沫/镀银针织物复合干电极的方阻、交流阻抗及皮肤-电极接触阻抗值均最小,其电气性能优于其他2种泡沫/镀银针织物复合干电极;3种泡沫/镀银针织物复合干电极均能分辨不同肌力下的肌电信号,且在哑铃锤式弯举测试中,它们的肌电监测性能与传统电极相当,表明泡沫/镀银针织物复合干电极能够用于日常动态肌电监测。
Three commercial silver-plated electrodes based on knitted fabrics including warp pile silver-plated fabric,warp flat silver-plated fabric and double ribbed silver-plated fabric,were combined with foam by hot pressing process to prepare the foam/silver-plated knitted composite dry electrode,and their electrical performance and application performance of electromyography(EMG)monitoring were evaluated.The results show that the square resistance,alternating current(AC)impedance and skin-electrode contact impedance of the warp pile foam/silver-plated knitted composite dry electrode with flat and thick surface are the smallest,so its electrical performance is better than the other two foam/silver-plated knitted composite dry electrodes.The foam/silver-plated knitted composite dry electrodes can distinguish EMG signals under different muscle forces,and their EMG monitoring performance is equivalent to that of traditional electrodes in dumbbell hammer bending test,which indicate that foam/silver-plated knitted composite dry electrodes can be used for daily dynamic EMG monitoring.
