面向负荷聚合商的工业用户调峰潜力评估方法研究

摘要 随着新能源并网规模不断扩大,调节手段不足的问题逐渐凸显,亟需引导负荷侧参与需求响应以缓解电网供需压力。为了使负荷聚合商更加有效地了解不同工业用户参与调峰消纳的潜力与效果,开展调峰收益影响因素分析和调峰潜力评估方法研究。首先基于企业的真实调峰数据,通过灰色关联分析方法得到调峰前后指标的相关性;在此基础上,建立工业用户调峰潜力评估指标体系,提出基于改进熵权法-CRITIC的调峰潜力评估模型;利用工业用户参与调峰前的实际日负荷数据计算用户得分,得到用户调峰潜力排名。结果表明,该评估模型能反映工业用户调峰潜力,评价结果与后期的实际调峰收益情况基本吻合,验证了所提方法的有效性。 With continuous expansion of the grid-connected scale of new energy,the shortage of power system regulation means has gradually become prominent.It is urgent to guide the load side to participate in demand response to alleviate the pressure of power grid supply and demand.In order to make load aggregators know more about the effect and ability different industrial users participating in peaking and consumption,this paper carries out the analysis of influencing factors of peak regulation revenue and the evaluation of peak regulation potential.Firstly,based on the true peak regulation data of the enterprises,it uses the grey relation analysis method to obtain the correlation of indexes before and after peak regulation.Afterwards,the paper establishes the peaking potential evaluation index system for industrial users and proposes the peak potential evaluation model on the basis of the improved entropy weight method-CRITIC.Finally,it calculates the users'scores by using the actual daily load data of industrial users before participating in peak regulation,and then obtains the ranking of users'peaking potential.The results show that the model can reflect the peak regulation potential of industrial users,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual revenues,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
