高比例新能源接入的农村配电网网架多目标协同规划方法 被引量:2

摘要 随着新能源发电技术高速发展,高比例新能源逐步接入电网网络基础薄弱的农村配电网。针对农村配电网电网结构建设不够完善、电压偏低、网络损耗过大、难以消纳高比例新能源等问题,考虑最小化投资运行费用、最小化电压偏差、最大化新能源消纳能力的3个目标函数,以农村配电网的规划建设网架线路以及新能源的选址和定容共同作为决策变量,建立高比例新能源接入的农村配电网网架多目标协同规划模型。针对现有多目标优化求解方法存在求解效率较低、可能会遗漏综合程度更优解的问题,提出在多目标全体可行解中直接求解折中最优解的快速求解方法。最后,以某个实际180节点农村配电网作为算例进行分析,验证所提方法的有效性。验证结果表明,相比原最优潮流计算方法,所提方法可实现年等值投资运行费用节省3360.84万元、系统总电压偏差降低64.6%、农村配电网新能源消纳能力提高31.5 MW这3个目标的同时改善。 With the rapid development of new energy generation,a high proportion of new energy will be connected to rural distribution networks with weak power grid infrastructure.Aiming at the problems of inadequate construction of power grid structure,low voltage quality,excessive network losses,and difficulty in high proportion of new energy accommodation in rural distribution networks,this paper considers three objective functions including minimizing investment and operating costs,minimizing voltage deviation,and maximizing the accommodation capacity of new energy.Taking the planning and construction of rural distribution network grid,as well as the location and capacity of new energy as decision variables,a multi-objective collaborative planning model for rural distribution network grid with high proportion of new energy is established.In view of the problems of low solving efficiency and potential omission of better solutions in existing multi-objective optimization solution methods,a fast solution method is proposed to directly solve the compromise optimal solution among all feasible multi-objective solutions.Finally,the paper takes an actual 180 node rural distribution network as a case study to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.compared with the original optimal power flow,the annual equivalent investment operating cost is saved by 33.6084 million yuan,the total voltage deviation of the system is reduced by 64.6%,and the new energy consumption capacity of the rural distribution network is increased by 31.5 MW.
