On Historical, Theoretical and Realistic Logic of “Three Imperatives”

习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中向全党提出的“三个务必”的时代号召和新要求,是对“两个务必”的创造性继承和发展,是新时代深入推进党的建设新的伟大工程的重要举措。历史逻辑上,“三个务必”作为中国共产党百年光辉历程的深刻启示,明确了新征程上党的奋斗“为了谁、依靠谁”“靠什么”以及“怎么做”的问题;理论逻辑上,“三个务必”作为对马克思主义理论的传承和发展,彰显了唯物史观的根本要求,体现了辩证唯物主义认识论的现实应用,厘清了推进伟大社会革命的方法路径;现实逻辑上,作为新时代新征程实现第二个百年目标的客观要求,“三个务必”为新征程锚定奋斗基点,为实现中华民族伟大复兴提供重要保证,为中国式现代化道路注入强大动力。

At the 20 th Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the“Three Imperatives”which is the time’s call and new requirement.It is a creative development of the“Two Imperatives”and an important measure to deepen the great new project of the Party building in the new era.On historical logic,the“Three Imperatives”,as the profound enlightenment of the glorious history of the Party in the past century,have clarified the question of“for whom,on whom”,“on what”and“how to do”in the Party’s new journey.On theoretical logic,the“Three Imperatives”are the inheritance and development of Marxist theory,highlighting the fundamental requirements of historical materialism,reflecting the practical application of dialectical materialism epistemology,and clarifying the approaches to promote the great social revolution.On realistic logic,as the objective requirement for the new era and new journey to achieve the second centennial goal,the“Three Imperatives”anchor the starting point for the new journey,provide an important guarantee for achieving great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and inject strong impetus into the Chinese path to modernization.
