鸠摩罗什《杂譬喻经》与《众经撰杂譬喻》之关系考论

A Textual Research of the Relationship between Miscellaneous Parable Sutra and Parable Sutra from All Sutras

在汉译佛典中,有多部名为譬喻经的典籍,其中道略集、鸠摩罗什于长安译的《杂譬喻经》与《众经撰杂譬喻》关系最为密切,历来被认为是同部譬喻经。本文通过比较研究得出:一、《杂譬喻经》与《众经撰杂譬喻》是两部内容不同的譬喻经,《杂譬喻经》有故事39则,《众经撰杂譬喻》有故事44则,两经只有9则故事相同;二、《杂譬喻经》成书于公元405年,而《众经撰杂譬喻》约成书于公元800-1102年之间;三、《杂譬喻经》为道略集、鸠摩罗什译,而《众经撰杂譬喻》的撰者与道略、鸠摩罗什无关,具体撰者不详。

Among the Chinese translations of Buddhist scriptures,there are many classics called the Parable Sutra.Among them,Miscellaneous Parable Sutra and Parable Sutra from All Sutras collected by Daolue and translated by Kumarajiva in Chang’an are the most closely related and have always been considered to be the same Parables Sutra.Through comparative research,the paper concludes:1.Miscellaneous Parable Sutra and Parable Sutra from All Sutras are two parable sutras with different contents.There are 39 stories in Miscellaneous Parable Sutra and 44 stories in Parable Sutra from All Sutras,and only 9 stories in the two Parable Sutras are the same;2.Miscellaneous Parable Sutra was written in 405 AD;and Parable Sutra from All Sutras was written around 800-1102 AD;3.Miscellaneous Parable Sutra was collected and translated by Dao Lue and Kumarajiva respectively,but the author of Parable Sutra from All Sutras has nothing to do with Dao Lue and Kumarajiva,and the specific author is unknown.
