文化基因引领下的浚县县城提质发展策略研究

Strategies of improving and developing Xun County under the guidance of cultural genes

文化基因是浚县县城提质发展的重要着力点,民俗文化、运河文化与遗址遗迹是浚县文化基因的核心承载。运用层次分析法(AHP)和核密度分析法(GIS)对反映浚县文化基因的各类历史文化资源进行综合评价;结合POI数据明确基础设施支撑文旅产业发展的能力,构建“以文化为抓手、以空间为载体、以设施为支撑”的浚县县城提质发展体系。在此基础上,提出通过“整合特色遗迹资源,打造精品旅游线路;保护古城空间格局,发展多元文化空间;补齐文旅设施短板,发挥文化设施功能”等措施引领浚县县城实现高质量发展。

Cultural genes are an important focus for the quality improvement and development of Xun County.Folk culture,canal culture and heritage sites are the core carriers of Xun County′s cultural genes.The analytical hierarchy process(AHP)and GIS-based kernel density estimation were used to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of various historical and cultural resources that reflect the cultural genes of Xun County;by combining POI data to clarify the ability of infrastructure to support the development of the cultural tourism industry,the quality improvement and development system of Xun County is constructed with culture as the starting point,space as the carrier and facilities as the support.On this basis,this paper proposes that Xun County can achieve high-quality development through measures such as integrating distinctive heritage resources,creating high-quality tourism routes,protecting the spatial pattern of the ancient city,developing multi-cultural space,supplementing the shortcomings of cultural tourism facilities and giving full play to the functions of cultural facilities.
