摘要
以“食品科学导论”课程为例分析了传统教学模式存在的问题,采用以问题为导向的探究式教学模式对该课程进行教学改革,旨在提高学生的专业素养、团队合作能力、信息获取能力、实际问题解决能力。可为加快建设相关专业的高水平本科教育及其他同类课程开展相关教学模式改革提供有益的参考。
Taking the"Introduction to Food Science"course as an example,the paper analyzes the problems with traditional teaching models and proposes the use of a problem-based inquiry teaching model for teaching reform with the aim of improving students′professional literacy,teamwork abilities,information acquisition skills,and practical problem-solving skills.The proposed approach can provide valuable reference for accelerating the construction of high-level undergraduate education in related majors and other similar courses.
