摘要
吉林油田X区块腐蚀结垢严重,造成的环境污染及安全生产隐患越来越突出。文章以X区块为研究对象,通过常规水质测定、高温高压釜失重法、气相色谱、XRD衍射分析等方法研究了矿化度、SRB细菌、CO_(2)分压等腐蚀因素对区块注采系统腐蚀的影响。结果表明在X区块工况条件下,空白水样腐蚀速率达到0.3854 mm/a,注水系统以CO_(2)和SRB细菌腐蚀为主,油井以CO_(2)腐蚀为主,SRB腐蚀为辅。以此为基础研发了抗CO_(2)缓蚀杀菌剂体系,同时开展了涂层防腐工艺的试验,矿场监测数据表明注采系统腐蚀速率控制在0.076 mm/a以内,失效漏失次数降低40%以上,减轻了环境污染,保障了老油田的安全高效生产。
Corrosion and fouling in Block X of Jilin Oilfield is serious,causing significant prominent environmental pollution and production safety risks.Taking X block as the research object,the article studied the influence of mineralization,SRB bacteria,CO_(2) partial pressure and other corrosive factors on the corrosion of the injection and extraction system in the block through the methods of conventional water quality measurement,autoclave weightlessness method,gas chromatography and XRD diffraction analysis.The results showen that the corrosion rate of blank water samples reached 0.3854 mm/a under the working condition.The water injection system was dominated by CO_(2) and SRB bacteria corrosion,and the oil wells were dominated by CO_(2) corrosion,supplemented by SRB corrosion.Based on this,we developed an anti-CO_(2) corrosion inhibitor and bactericide system,and also carried out the test of coating anticorrosion process.The monitoring data showen that the corrosion rate of the injection system was controlled within 0.076 mm/a,and the number of failure and leakage was reduced by more than 40%,which alleviated the environmental pollution,and guaranteed the safe and high efficient production of the old oilfield.
