文华图专档案教育师资构成、队伍建设及启示

Faculty Composition,Team Construction and Enlightenment of Archival Education in Boone Library School

[目的/意义]文华图专是近代中国档案教育的发源地,它在创办和发展档案教育的过程中形成了一支颇具特色的师资队伍,对档案学教学内容、人才培养乃至档案科研都产生了较大影响。[方法/过程]运用文献调研和史料分析方法,从年龄结构与教育背景、代表人物及学术思想、任教状况及科研成果三方面梳理文华图专档案教育的师资构成。[结果/结论]总结文华图专档案教育师资队伍的四个特点:以本土培育为师资队伍人才的主要来源;以青年教师为师资队伍成员的骨干力量;以中西交融为师资队伍培养的突出特色;兼以理论学识和工作经验为师资选拔的重要标准。其为新时代我国档案学专业师资队伍建设提供几条启示:营造尊重与爱惜青年才俊的师资队伍建设氛围;形成理论与实践相互融合的师资队伍人才结构;建立本土与域外常态交流的师资队伍培养机制;重塑教师与学生教学相长的师资队伍教育理念。

[Purpose/significance]As the birthplace of archival education in modern China,Boone Library School has formed a distinctive teaching staff in the process of establishing and developing archival education,which has exerted a great influence on the teaching content of archival science,personnel training and archival research.[Methods/process]By using the methods of literature research and historical data analysis,this study sorted out the composition and characteristics of teachers in the archival education of Boone Library School from 3 aspects:age structure and educational background,representative people and academic thoughts,teaching status and scientific research achievements.[Result/conclusion]It summarizes the four characteristics of the teaching staff for archival education in Boone Library School.The first character is taking local cultivation as the main source of talent for the teaching staff.The second character is that young teachers are the backbone of the teaching staff.The third is that the prominent feature of cultivating a teaching staff is the integration of China and the West.The fourth character is that both theoretical knowledge and work experience are important criteria for teacher selection.It provides several inspirations for the construction of the professional teaching staff of archival science in the new era:creating an atmosphere of respecting and cherishing young talents,establishing a talent structure for the teaching staff that integrates theory and practice,establishing a mechanism for cultivating the teaching staff through regular exchanges between local and foreign institutions,and reshaping the educational concept of teaching staff that teachers and students complement each other in teaching and learning.
