摘要
针对现有气压标定装置无法满足内置式引信气动发电机的气压标定测试需求,提出一种内置式引信气动发电机气压标定测试装置。通过气压标定装置的气压室体及其腔内堵头、顶杆、压簧等结构部件解决了内置式引信气动发电机气压标定测试的密封性问题,可进行正压/负压两种气压标定。测试结果表明,该装置气压标定的线性度好,实际气压测试的准确度能达到95%以上,同时具有操作简便、测试范围大、可靠性好等特点,能够满足内置式引信气动发电机的气压标定测试需要。
In view of the existing pressure calibration devices could not meet the requirements of pressure calibration test of built-in fuze pneumatic generator,an atmospheric calibration test equipment and method for built-in fuze pneumatic generator were proposed.By the design of the pressure chamber body of the pressure calibration device and the intracavitary structural components such as the plug,the ejector rod and the pressure spring,the sealing problem of the pressure calibration test of the built-in fuze pneumatic generator was solved.The positive and negative pressure calibration could be carried out.The experimental results showed that the linearity of pressure calibration of the installation was good,and the accuracy of the actual pressure measurement could reach more than 95%.At the same time,the device had the characteristics of simple operation,large test range and good reliability.The atmospheric pressure calibration equipment could satisfy the demands of pressure calibration test of the built-in fuze pneumatic generator.
