摘要
藏鸡是我国青藏高原地区特有的地方品种。由于长期处于青藏高原低氧环境中,藏鸡已形成独特的高原适应性特征,表现出比低地鸡种更强的低氧适应能力。对藏鸡在适应高原低氧环境方面的生理表型和分子机制的相关研究进展进行综述,为今后高原畜禽引种选育和杂交育种提供借鉴和参考。
Tibetan chicken is a unique local breed in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region of China.Due to the long-term low-oxygen environment of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,Tibetan chickens have formed unique plateau adaptability characteristics,showing stronger hypoxic adaptability than lowland chickens.This paper reviews the research progress on the physiological phenotype and molecular mechanism of Tibetan chickens in adapting to plateau low-oxygen environment,and provides reference and reference for the introduction,selection and crossbreeding of plateau livestock and poultry in the future.
