民族院校共建“一带一路”国家中文教育应用型人才培养体系研究——基于X高校的实践经验分析

Research on the Training System of Applied Talents for Chinese Education for Nationalities Along the Belt and Road—Based on the Practical experience of X College

“一带一路”倡议的推进掀起了相关国家留学生学习中文的热潮。民族院校由于其地缘优势,与共建“一带一路”国家合作日益密切,其对中文教育应用型人才的需求与日俱增,研究中文教育应用型人才培养体系的构建具有重要实践价值。基于民族院校培养体系的不足,文章认为课程体系仍需进一步完善,教学团队整体教学能力有待提升,应当从完善课程体系建设提升招生质量、强化师资力量提升学生专业竞争力、突出教学资源特色强化“第二课堂”实践基地建设、构建过程导向的考核评价体系等维度构建应用型人才培养体系。

The“Belt and Road”Initiative has significantly enhanced deep cooperation and development between China and the countries jointly establishing the“Belt and Road”.All that take place in the fields of economy,society,humanities,and social sciences.Therefore there is a surge,speaking Chinese,spurred in overseas students from associated countries.Because of the geographical advantages,ethnic universities have fostered closer cooperation with countries along the“Belt and Road”,and large demand for international applied talents in Chinese education boosts.Thus analyzing the construction of the applied talent training system for Chinese educa-tion is very important in practical field.Considering the shortcomings in the training systems of ethnic colleges,this study suggests that the curriculum system requires further refinement,the overall teaching ability of the team needs enhancement,with teaching orientation and distinct characteristics needing emphasis.We should build an application-oriented talent training system by enhancing curriculum design,boosting enrollment quality,reinforc-ing faculty competence,emphasizing the unique characteristics of teaching resources,fortifying the“second class-room”practical foundation,and constructing a process-driven assessment and evaluation approach.
