连续性多螺旋型隧道施工开挖石渣竖井溜渣抄道运送方法

摘要 螺旋型隧道是解决山区大高差地形交通的较好方案,可不损伤地表岩体与植被,具有保护生态环境的明显优势。针对连续性多螺旋型隧道施工中隧道开挖洞渣运距长的难题,提出了一种通过在螺旋型隧道环形展线水平投影交叉点布置竖井,通过竖井溜渣,实现抄近道运送石渣的方法,省去了隧道闭合环线部分的运距,大幅缩短施工出渣的总运距。分析了溜渣竖井施工与连续性多螺旋隧道施工的动态工序关系,根据工序特点,阐述了施工成本的分析方法。 The spiral tunnel is a good proposal to solve the traffic difficulty in mountainous areas with great elevation difference,which may cause no damage to the surface rock mass and vegetation,and is beneficial for protecting the ecological environment.In order to solve the difficulty of long-distance mucking-out of excavated material from the continuous multi-spiral tunnel,it is proposed to arrange vertical shafts at the intersection points of the horizontal projection of the spiral tunnel s circular alignment.Through the vertical shaft,the excavated material is transported out in a short-cut way other than through the closed loop of the tunnel,which can greatly shorten the overall haulage distance.The dynamic procedural relationship between the construction of vertical shaft and the construction of continuous multi-spiral tunnel is analyzed,and based on the results,the analytical method of construction cost is elaborated.
