不同光质的LED光照对玫瑰花数量和开花周期的影响

摘要 LED具有窄光谱、节能高效、体积小等优点,广泛应用于室内照明、农业、医疗等领域。本文旨在研究不同光质的LED光照对玫瑰花生长调节的影响,为高效栽培玫瑰花提供参考。本文选取30株玫瑰作为实验对象,分别在LED红光(R,640 nm)与蓝光(B,455 nm)配比为R∶B=2∶1、6∶1、有/无远红光(FR,740 nm)的光照条件下培养,并以氙灯模拟自然光作为对照组。经过24 d光照处理后,比较不同光质条件下玫瑰的开花数、开花周期及花苞新生数。研究结果表明,红蓝比为2∶1补加远红光的光照条件能较好地提升玫瑰的开花数和花苞新生数。此外,不同配比的红蓝光可以促使玫瑰提前进入开花高峰期,且补加远红光能进一步提前开花周期,其中红蓝光配比为6∶1补加远红光的光照条件的效果最为显著。 LEDs,with their narrow spectrum,high energy efficiency,and compact size,are widely used in various fields including indoor lighting,agriculture,and healthcare.This study explores effects of LED illumination with different light qualities on the growth regulation of roses,providing valuable insights for efficient rose cultivation.This study selected 30 rose plants as experimental subjects and cultivated them under different LED lighting conditions with red light(R,640 nm)and blue light(B,455nm)ratios of R∶B=2∶1,6∶1,with or without far-red light(FR,740 nm).Xenon lamps were used as a control group to simulate natural light.After 24 days of light exposure,the number of rose blooms,blooming cycles,and the number of newly formed flower buds in roses were compared under different light quality conditions.The results indicate that LED light conditions,with a red-to-blue ratio of 2∶1 supplemented with far-red light,can effectively increase the number of rose blooms and the formation of new flower buds.Moreover,varying ratios of red to blue light can induce earlier peak blooming periods in roses,with the addition of far-red light further advancing this blooming cycle.Of all conditions,the LED light condition,with a red-blue ratio of 6∶1 supplemented by far-red light,showed the most significant impact.
