摘要
本研究以重瓣长寿花为对象,采用单因素随机区组设计,设置光照强度为500μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),光照时长为6 h、8 h、10 h、12 h、14 h,研究不同光周期对重瓣长寿花生长发育及生理特性的影响。结果表明:不同光照时长对长寿花分枝数影响较小,长光照对长寿花株高、冠幅、整体呈现明显增长趋势,整个开花期在不同处理下分枝数变化不显著。最利于控制长寿花开花期开花的光照时长为10 h。不同光照时长处理下可溶性糖含量随着时长的增加呈现下降趋势,同光照时长处理下,长寿花可溶性蛋白含量自初花期后变化幅度明显,且6 h在初花期后与各处理间均达到极显著差异。不同光照时长下,花青素含量呈现明显增长趋势,随着光照时长的增加,花青素呈正比增加趋势,6 h最低,14 h最高。本实验能够精准通过调控光照时长,筛选出最适于长寿花生长发育的光周期,为长寿花补光时长的研究提供基础,具有广泛的应用价值。
This study was conducted to study the effects of different photoperiod on the growth and physiological characteristics of double long-lived flowers by using single-factor random block design.The effects of different photoperiods on the growth and physiological characteristics of long-lived double-petal peanut were studied by light intensity of 500μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1) and light duration of 6 h,8 h,10 h,12 h,14 h.The results showed that the length of light increased the plant height,crown width and the whole flower,and the branch number did not change significantly under different treatments during the whole flowering period,indicating that different light duration had little effect on the branch number of macrophylla.The best light duration for controlling the flowering of macrophylla was 10 h.The soluble sugar content decreased with the increase of light duration.Under the same light duration,the soluble protein content changed significantly after the initial flowering stage,and the difference was extremely significant after the initial flowering stage with all treatments at 6 h.Under different light duration,anthocyanin content showed an obvious increase trend,and with the increase of light duration,anthocyanin content increased in direct proportion,with the lowest at 6 h and the highest at 14 h.This experiment can precisely select the best photoperiod for the growth and development of long-lived flowers by adjusting the length of light,which provides a basis for the study of long-lived flowers.
