摘要
医疗建筑最重要的功能之一便是为病人提供疗愈空间,而病房则是医疗建筑中占比最大,也是住院患者长期生活的空间,因此病房的天然光环境无时无刻不在影响着病人的健康。为了在医院设计中营造健康疗愈的病房环境,结合参数化设计的手段建立参数模型来优化天然采光:将住院楼布局形态、护理单元布局、采光口尺寸等参数与采光效果建立对应关系,进行模拟采光分析,并以动态采光评价指标作为评判依据进行评价从而优化相关参数,提升采光效果。以实际项目——重庆智慧医院的优化设计为例,通过调整住院楼形态、采光口尺寸以及外遮阳板参数等相关要素,优化病房室内光环境,为患者营造健康疗愈的病房空间。
One of the primary functions of healthcare architecture is to create healing environments for patients.Patient rooms,which constitute the largest proportion of healthcare buildings and serve as long-term living spaces for hospitalized patients,play a crucial role in this regard.The natural lighting environment within these rooms continuously impacts the health of patients.To establish a healthy and therapeutic atmosphere in hospital design,a parametric modeling approach is employed to optimize natural lighting.By establishing correlations between parameters such as the layout of the hospital building,the arrangement of nursing units,the size of windows,and the lighting effects,a simulation-based analysis of daylight is conducted.Dynamic indicators for daylight performance are utilized as evaluation criteria to optimize the relevant parameters and enhance the lighting efficacy.For instance,in the optimization design of the Chongqing Western Science City Smart Hospital,the indoor lighting environment of patient rooms is improved by adjusting factors such as the shape of the hospital building,the size of windows,and the settings of external sunshades.The objective is to create a space that promotes the well-being and healing of the patients.
