摘要
针对中低品位胶磷矿浮选分离的难题,以单一反浮选流程进行了单因素变量试验,确定了影响胶磷矿反浮选的主要参数及最佳工艺条件。结合zeta电位测试、捕收剂溶液化学分析、响应面法试验,建立了精矿P_(2)O_(5)品位及回收率响应面模型,揭示了各参数的交互作用。在优化后的最佳工艺条件下进行验证试验,得到P_(2)O_(5)品位为29.37%、回收率为81.15%的精矿,这一结果与模型预测值高度吻合。
In order to address the challenging issue of flotation separation of low-grade collophanite,the single-factor variable test was conducted using a reverse flotation process.The main parameters influencing the reverse flotation of collophanite and their optimal process conditions were determined through meticulous experimentation.Incorporating zeta potential testing,solution chemistry analysis of collector,and response surface methodology,we successfully constructed a response surface model for P_(2)O_(5)grade and recovery of concentrate.This model served to elucidate the interactions among the various parameters involved in the process.Under the optimized process conditions,the concentrate with P_(2)O_(5)grade of 29.37%and recovery of 81.15%was obtained,which closely coincided with the model predictions.
