不动产调查前期资料收集是不动产登记工作的先决条件与依据,然而传统的不动产资料收集方式存在工作流程繁杂、沟通成本大、效率低等问题,导致外业调查人员难以快速准确地对资料收集信息进行整合记录。依赖目前拥有大量用户的微信平台,利用微信小程序云开发技术,设计并开发不动产资料收集系统,以实现不动产资料收集过程中的账户精准管理、实时填报登记、精准查询与更新、表格精准管理功能。应用该系统简化了外业工作的流程,便于调查人员实时快速采集登记,能有效辅助推进不动产调查登记工作。

Data collection in the early stage of real estate investigation is the prerequisite and basis for real estate registration.However,the traditional real estate data collection method has many problems,such as complicated workflow,high communication cost,and low efficiency,which makes it difficult for field investigators to quickly and accurately integrate and record data collection information.Relying on the current WeChat platform with a large number of users,and using the WeChat applet cloud development technology,a real estate data collection system is designed and developed to achieve accurate account management,real-time registration,accurate query and update,and accurate form management in the process of real estate data collection.The application of this system simplifies the process of field work,facilitates the real-time rapid collection and registration of investigators,and can effectively assist in promoting the real estate investigation and registration.
