摘要
长输液体盐管线施工需要在36 m高落差的悬崖进行管道安装,实施过程中存在材料机械设备运输困难、安全隐患大、管道安装难度高等问题。文章对长输液体盐管线大悬崖施工关键技术展开论述,详细分析了施工难点,通过加强前期施工部署,确保现场及各类技术措施保障到位,优化施工工艺,进一步提高现场测量、土方及基础施工等环节的质量,为后续液体盐管道的顺利吊装就位提供保障,对相关工程具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
The construction of long-distance liquid salt pipeline requires pipeline installation on a cliff with a height of 36 m.During the implementation process,there are problems such as difficult transportation of materials and mechanical equipment,large potential safety hazards,and high difficulty in pipeline installation.This paper discusses the key technologies for the construction of long-distance liquid salt pipeline on the great cliff,and analyzes the construction difficulties in detail.By strengthening the early construction deployment,it ensures that the site and various technical measures are in place,optimizes the construction technology,and further improves the quality of on-site measurement,earthwork and foundation construction,which provides guarantee for the smooth lifting and positioning of subsequent liquid salt pipelines,and has certain reference and guiding significance for related engineering.
