摘要
跨襄阳北铁路编组站大桥为主跨420 m双独塔斜拉桥,主梁边跨为混凝土梁,主跨为钢混组合梁结构,采用部分转体+部分悬拼的方式施工。为了确保施工阶段及竣工后桥梁的内力和线形均符合设计目标状态,文章采用正装法和无应力状态法相结合的方法进行施工控制,应用塔柱预抬设置、主塔偏位、钢梁制造及安装线形计算、主梁线形及轴偏、斜拉索索力误差分析及调整等关键控制技术,确保成桥状态良好。
The bridge crossing Xiangyang North Railway Marshalling Yard is a double single-tower cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 420 m.The side span of the main beam is the concrete beam,and the main span is steel-concrete composite beam structure.The bridge is constructed by partial swivel+partial cantilever assembly method.In order to ensure that the internal force and alignment of the bridge during the construction stage and after the completion are in line with the design target state,the combination of positive installation method and stressfree state method is adopted for construction control,and the key control technologies such as the pre-lifting setting of the tower column,the deviation of the main tower,the linear calculation of the steel beam manufacturing and installation,the main beam alignment and axis deviation and the error analysis and adjustment of the stayed-cable force are applied to ensure that the completed bridge is in good condition.
