大型商业综合体钢结构连廊滑移施工技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国经济社会的快速发展,大型商业综合体规模日益增大,为满足现代商业功能要求,连廊结构形式在超高层建筑中得到了广泛应用。在某大型商业综合体钢结构连廊工程中,连廊结构采用钢结构形式,由主塔筒、钢桁架和钢连廊组成,由于结构形式特殊,钢连廊的施工成为该工程的重难点。文章根据结构形式和功能特点,结合现场施工环境和场地条件,采用“滑移安装、同步提升”的施工方案。通过在连廊上安装滑移装置和提升设备、滑移轨道、滑移小车等一系列过程控制措施的实施,实现了整个钢连廊的高空同步滑移就位。 With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the scale of large commercial complex is increasing day by day.In order to meet the requirements of modern commercial functions,the corridor structure has been widely used in super high-rise buildings.In a large commercial complex steel structure corridor engineering,the corridor structure adopts the form of steel structure,which is composed of main tower,steel truss and steel corridor.Due to the special structure form,the construction of steel corridor has become the key and difficult point of the engineering.According to the structural form and functional characteristics,combined with the on-site construction environment and site conditions,the construction scheme of"sliding installation and synchronous lifting"is adopted.Through the implementation of a series of process control measures such as installing sliding devices and lifting equipment,sliding tracks and sliding trolleys on the corridor,the high-altitude synchronous sliding of the whole steel corridor is realized.
