摘要
设计制备了一种内燃机车直流牵引电动机用新型填充泥,对其进行了红外光谱、常规性能、导热系数、温度指数以及高低温冲击性能测试研究。将该填充泥应用在一款直流牵引电动机上,并测试了该电动机的电枢温升。结果表明,使用该新型填充泥能有效降低电动机电枢温升。
A new type of filling mud used into the DC traction motors in internal combustion locomotives is designed and prepared,various kinds of the test and investigation like infrared spectra,conventional properties,thermal conductivity,temperature index,and high and low temperature impact properties are performed.The filling mud is applied to a DC traction motor while the armature temperature rise of the motor is tested.The results show that application of the new filling mud is able to effectively reduce the armature temperature rise of the motor.
