摘要
采用振动测试仪对某立式循环水泵电机轴承进行振动测试,获取了轴承的振动特征。根据振动特征,逐步排查故障原因,并确定电机轴承振动超标的原因是循环水泵下导轴承磨损。最终,通过更换下导轴承并严格控制安装参数,将电机轴承的振动降低到合格水平,保证了设备的长期安全运行。
The vibration test of a vertical circulating water pump motor bearing is carried out by using a vibration tester and the vibration characteristic of the bearing is obtained.According to the vibration characteristics,the cause of the fault is gradually investigated,and it is determined that the cause of the excessive vibration of the motor bearing is the wear of the lower guide bearing of the circulating water pump.Finally,the vibration of the motor bearing is reduced to a qualified level,by means of replacing the lower guide bearing and strictly controlling the installation parameters,ensuring the long-term safe operation of the equipment.
