弱透水型土质地区泄水降压法抗浮技术探讨

摘要 传统抗浮设计成本较高,《建筑工程抗浮技术标准》(JGJ 476—2019)执行后,泄水降压法等新型抗浮措施得到了广泛应用。文章探讨了建筑工程抗浮技术的实施情况,分析了泄水降压法的适用情况,并以合肥市某项目地下室为例,介绍了泄水降压法的设计方案,充分利用弱透水型土质地区土的渗透性差、基坑内水压力低的特性,采用合理的抗浮技术进行方案优化,为社会节能减排创造了可观的经济效益。 The cost of traditional anti-uplift design is high.After the implementation of the Technical Standard for Building Engineering Against Uplift(JGJ 476-2019),new anti-uplift measures such as drainage decompression method have been widely used.This paper discusses the implementation of anti-uplift technology in building engineering,analyzes the applicability of drainage decompression method,and takes the basement of a project in Hefei as an example to introduce the design scheme of drainage decompression method.It makes full use of the characteristics of poor permeability of soil in weak permeable soil areas and low water pressure in foundation pit,and adopts reasonable anti-uplift technology for scheme optimization,which creates considerable economic benefits for social energy conservation and emission reduction.
