摘要
在地下通道的装配式设计方案中,拆分、深化与模具设计是后期生产制造和施工安装的关键。文章以贵阳市某装配式地下通道项目为例,对装配式地下通道的拆分方案进行对比,得出最优方案,提出了深化设计的基本要求,并对模具设计及构件生产制造关键技术进行研究,实现了项目工期、成本、质量可控的目标,以供借鉴。
In the prefabricated design scheme of underground passage,split design,deepening design and mold design are the key to later production,manufacturing and construction installation.Taking a prefabricated underground passage project in Guiyang as an example,this paper compares the split schemes of the prefabricated underground passage,obtains the optimal scheme,puts forward the basic requirements of deepening design,and studies the key technologies of mold design and component production and manufacturing,so as to realize the goal of controllable project duration,cost and quality for reference.
