摘要
积水空区下巷道围岩稳定性的下降影响煤矿的安全生产。以磁窑沟矿13108回撤通道为研究对象,结合理论分析和数值模拟,对积水空区下主回撤通道围岩控制技术展开研究。研究结果表明:空区积水与巷道围岩的相互作用将弱化巷道顶板强度,造成巷道围岩稳定性下降。同时采用防治水技术和高强度支护技术能提高积水空区下巷道围岩稳定性,回撤通道掘进期间的顶底板和两帮的最大移近量控制在33.5~34.8 mm。
The decrease in stability of surrounding rock in the roadway under water goaf affects the safety production of coal mines.Taking the 13108 equipment remove gateway of Ciyaogou Colliery as the research object,combined with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the paper studies the surrounding rock control technology of the main equipment remove gateway under the water goaf,whose results indicate that the interaction between the accumulated water in the goaf and the surrounding rock of the tunnel will weaken the strength of the tunnel roof,resulting in a decrease in the stability of the tunnel surrounding rock.The simultaneous use of water prevention and high-strength support technology can improve the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway under the water goaf.The maximum displacement of the roof,floor,and two sides during the excavation of the equipment remove gateway is controlled between 33.5~34.8 mm.
