摘要
以斜沟煤矿特厚煤层23101综放工作面开采为工程实例,为提高撤架通道围岩稳定性,采用数值模拟、现场监测方法对矿压显现特征进行探讨。经分析认为,在工作面超前支承压力影响下,当撤架通道与工作面距离小于35 m时,回采工作面超前支承压力开始显著影响撤架通道,撤架通道侧应力集中程度要高于回采工作面超前煤壁侧;当撤架通道与工作面距离为10 m时,煤柱的屈服范围开始扩大,并且在靠近顶板的位置,煤体发生了连续的屈服区;当撤架通道与工作面距离为5 m时煤柱完全处于屈服状态。矿压监测表明,撤架通道围岩变形主要集中在两帮与底板,但变形量基本在可控范围内,通过采煤机的截割,可保证撤架通道的正常使用。
Taking the mining of fully mechanized caving face in 23101 extremely thick coal seam of Xiegou Colliery as an engineering example,in order to improve the stability of the surrounding rock of dismantling supports gateway,numerical simulation and on-site monitoring methods are used to explore the characteristics of rock pressure behavior in the paper.It is believed that under the influence of the advance abutment pressure of the working face,when the distance between the dismantling supports gateway and the working face is less than 35 m,the advance abutment pressure of the mining face begins to significantly affect the dismantling supports gateway,and the stress concentration on the dismantling supports gateway side is higher than that on the advance coal wall side of the mining face.When the distance between the dismantling supports gateway and the working face is 10 m,the yield range of the coal pillar begins to expand,and a continuous yield zone occurs near the roof.When the distance is 5 m,the coal pillar is completely in a yielding state.Mine pressure monitoring shows that the deformation of the surrounding rock of the dismantling supports gateway is mainly concentrated in the two sides and floor,but the deformation is basically within a controllable range.Through the cutting of the coal mining machine,the normal use of the dismantling supports gateway can be ensured.
