高家庄矿大断面硬岩巷道智能化快速掘进应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对高家庄煤矿东翼回风大巷断面大、围岩力学强度高、掘进效率低等问题,为提高掘进速度,拟引进适用于大断面硬岩巷道的智能化掘进系统及设备,以打造掘-支-运智能化快速作业平台;该系统经7个月试运行后,与普通机械化巷道掘进工作面相比,其月掘进进度达159.1 m,月进度提高了37.5%,且月掘进度稳定,受环境影响小;该智能化快速掘进系统有效缓解了工作面作业人员劳动强度、缩短了各工序作业及交接时间,实现了大断面硬岩巷道智能化快速掘进的目标。 Aiming at the problems of large cross-section,high mechanical strength of surrounding rock,and low excavation efficiency in the east wing return air roadway of Gaojiazhuang Colliery,in order to improve excavation speed and create an intelligent fast operation platform for excavation support transportation,the authors introduce an intelligent excavation system and equipment suitable for large cross-section hard rock roadways,whose monthly excavation progress has reached to 159.1 m after 7 months of trial operation,which is 37.5%higher than the ordinary mechanized roadway excavation face.And the monthly excavation progress is stable,with little environmental impact,which effectively alleviates the labor intensity of working face workers,shortens the operation and handover time of each process,and achieves the goal of intelligent and rapid excavation of large cross-section hard rock tunnels.
