综采工作面端面破碎顶板联合支护技术应用

Application of Combined Support Technology in End Face Broken Roof of Fully-mechanized Working Face

摘要 以阜生煤矿1208工作面为工程实例,从地质构造、煤层赋存、回采工艺等几方面着重分析了工作面端面顶板破碎、冒漏机理,根据实际回采现状,拟定采用“注浆+超前管棚+梯形梁棚”联合支护技术。采用该支护技术后,有效控制了工作面顶板破碎、垮落现象,应用取得了显著成效。 Taking the 1208 working face of Fusheng Colliery as an engineering example,the paper focuses on analyzing the mechanism of roof breakage and leakage at the end face of the working face from several aspects such as geological structure,coal seam occurrence,and mining technology,and proposes to adopt a combined support technology of"grouting,advanced pipe shed and trapezoidal beam shed"based on the actual mining situation,which effectively controls broken and collapse roof in the working face and achieves significant application results.
