摘要 本文利用FLAC3D模拟高家庄煤矿3205轨道顺槽快速掘进工作面支护方案优化前后巷道围岩控制效果,通过调整相应支护参数对比分析了两种方案的巷道围岩塑性区分布及围岩变形特征。优化后的支护方案可使巷道两帮及底板最大变形量下降7.65%、5.73%和2.75%,在减小围岩变形的同时减小材料使用量并降低工人劳动强度,该研究成果可为相似工程领域提供一定的参考。 The paper introduces the simulation of the control effect of roadway surrounding rock before and after the optimization of support scheme of 3205 track roadway rapid excavation face in Gaojiazhuang Colliery through FLAC3D,in which the distribution of plastic zone and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock in two schemes are compared and analyzed by adjusting the corresponding support parameters.The optimized support scheme can reduce the maximum deformation of the two sides and the floor of the roadway by 7.65%,5.73%and 2.75%,and reduce the amount of material and reduce the labor intensity of workers while reducing the deformation of the surrounding rock,which can provide some reference for similar engineering fields.
