摘要
以磁窑沟矿13108运输顺槽为工程实例,因其位于近距离煤层采空区下方处,导致巷道变形大,严重威胁工作面安全回采;采用现场调研、数值模拟和理论分析等方法,对该巷道失稳原因及控制技术进行了探讨;分析表明,断面大、受力不均和围岩软弱是引起空区下巷道失稳的原因;应用二次成巷掘进支护技术能有效减少掘进期间巷道围岩塑性区的破坏范围,实测巷道掘进期间断面收敛率仅为2.0%,证明稳定性高。
Taking the 13108 transportation entry of Ciyaogou Colliery,which has a large deformation of the roadway and seriously threatens the safety mining of the working face,as an engineering example,the article uses methods such as on-site investigation,numerical simulation,and theoretical analysis to explore the reasons and control techniques for the instability of the roadway,concludes that the large cross-section,uneven stress,and weak surrounding rock are the reasons for the instability of the roadway under the goaf,and proposes the application of secondary tunneling support technology,which effectively reduces the damage range of the plastic zone of the surrounding rock during excavation and enables convergence rate of the cross-section during excavation only to be 2.0%.
