3501工作面采动覆岩离层注浆控制地面降沉技术

摘要 霍尔辛赫煤业是山西焦煤动力煤重要保供矿井。该矿井开采范围内约一半煤炭资源上方存在构筑物和村庄,拆迁工作量大、难度大、费用高,对矿井的安全高效煤炭开采很不利。针对构筑物和村庄下覆压煤炭资源的这一难点,以长子焦化厂及陈家庄村覆压下的五采区3501工作面为试点,应用覆岩离层注浆技术,控制地层沉降,解放出覆压区域的煤炭资源,以提高煤炭回收率,保护地表建筑及地表环境。实践表明,应用注浆技术后,3501工作面回采率由75%提升至89%,有效延长了矿井的服务年限。 In view of the fact that there are buildings(structures)and villages lying above about half of the coal resources in the mining scope of Huo’erxinhe Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,with heavy,difficult and expensive demolition,the author proposes the application of overlying separated strata grouting technology in No.5 mining area of 3501 working face under Changzi Coking Plant and Chenjiazhuang Village to control the ground subsidence,release the coal resources in underburden area,improve the coal recovery rate and protect the surface buildings and underground environment,whose practice shows that the recovery rate at 3501 working face has increased from 75%to 89%,effectively extending the service life of the mine.
