大直径定向钻孔抽采技术在150317工作面的应用

Application of Large Diameter Directional Drilling and Extraction Technology in 150317 Working Face

针对150317综采工作面回采期间回风隅角瓦斯超限问题,设计了大直径定向钻孔群精准抽采钻孔参数,现场应用结果表明,工作面推进期间,钻孔瓦斯抽采流量达峰时平均为9.8 m3/min,工作面回风隅角瓦斯浓度明显降低,最大浓度为0.49%,瓦斯抽采效果较好。

In view of the gas overrun in the upper corner of 150317 fully-mechanized mining face during mining,the paper presents the precise drilling parameters for the large diameter directional drilling group,whose field application results show that the average gas drainage flow in the drilling hole reaches the peak value of 9.8 m3/min during the working face advancement;the gas concentration in the upper corner of the working face has significantly reduced with the maximum concentration of 0.49%and the gas drainage effect is good.
