摘要
针对大平煤矿通风系统存在通风线路超长、通风阻力大和通风困难等问题,分析提出三项通风系统优化技术方案,并采用数值模拟方法分析得出最为科学合理的优化技术方案。改造后矿井主通风机排风量为13 073 m^(3)/min,主通风机负压为2 708.62 Pa,符合《煤矿井工开采通风技术条件》的相关规定,可以满足矿井安全生产要求。
In view of the over-long ventilation line,large ventilation resistance and difficult ventilation in the ventilation system of Daping Colliery,the paper presents three technical schemes for optimization of ventilation system,and determines the most scientific and reasonable optimization technical scheme through numerical simulation,whose application results show that after the transformation,the exhaust air volume of main ventilators is 13073 m^(3)/min,and the negative pressure of main ventilators is 2708.62 Pa,complying with relevant provisions of Technical Conditions for Ventilation of Coal Mine Mining and meeting the requirements of mine safety production.
