采煤机喷雾降尘装置的优化设计与应用

摘要 综采工作面采煤机割煤所产生的粉尘含量较高,是煤矿井下粉尘防治的重点区域。针对综采工作面喷雾降尘所存在的问题,在对采煤机粉尘产生特点及喷雾降尘机理研究基础上提出了一种改进的内喷雾喷嘴布置方式及采用螺旋喷嘴的组合式降尘装置设计方案,可实现对采煤机截齿的内外喷雾全覆盖,有效增加喷雾区与粉尘的接触面积,显著提高综采面雾化降尘效果。 Aiming at high dust content generated by shearer during cutting coal at fully-mechanized working face,the paper proposes a design scheme of combined dust suppression device with an improved layout of inner spray nozzles and spiral nozzles based on the study of the characteristics of shearer dust generation and the mechanism of dust suppression by spraying,which can achieve full coverage of inner and outer spraying on the shearer pick,effectively increase the contact area between spraying area and dust,and improve the dust suppression effect at fully-mechanized working face.
