选煤厂智能快速装车系统设计

Design of Intelligent Fast Loading System for Coal Preparation Plant

针对西铭矿选煤厂现有装车系统无法实现自动控制、变频调速以及闭锁联动的问题,设计基于主从控制的智能快速装车系统。重点分析了以CPE302控制器为核心的智能快速装车系统硬件、软件设计方案。实际应用结果表明,该智能快速装车系统满足设计要求,提升了装车系统的安全性,提高了装车效率。

In the view of the problem that the existing loading system of Ximing Coal Preparation Plant cannot realize automatic control,frequency conversion speed regulation and locking linkage,an intelligent fast loading system based on master-slave control is designed,including the hardware and software design centered on CPE302 controller,whose practical application results show that the intelligent fast loading system can meet the design requirements,improve the safety of the loading system and the loading efficiency.
