变频一体电机在综采面刮板运输机上的应用

摘要 针对成庄矿现有刮板运输机液力耦合器结构复杂、效率低下、维修成本高等诸多问题,提出综采工作面刮板运输机变频电机一体化技术。经现场试验表明,新型刮板运输机变频电机一体化技术实现了低速重载启动、无级调速、节能降耗、多功率平衡、远程集中控制与数据实时通讯等功能,有助于矿井安全高效生产。 In view of the complex structure,low efficiency and high maintenance cost of the hydraulic coupler in the existing scraper conveyor in Chengzhuang Colliery,the paper puts forward the variable-frequency-motor-integrated technology for the scraper conveyor at fully-mechanized mining face,whose field test shows that it can realize the functions of low-speed and heavy-load starting,stepless speed regulation,energy saving and consumption reduction,multi-power balance,remote centralized control and real-time data communication,achieving the safe and efficient production of the mine.
