摘要
以JK-2矿用提升机为对象,建立边界元模型对减速器噪声进行模拟,发现箱体表面声压和外声场声压分别为104.09 dB(A)和97.9 dB(A)。以减速器箱体底座钢板厚度为优化对象,以整体重量为优化目标进行优化,使箱体重量降低了235 kg,对优化后的箱体结构进行强度校核发现能够满足使用要求。将减速器箱体应用到工程实践中,达到了良好的效果。
By establishing a boundary element model to simulate the reducer noise of JK-2 mining hoist,it is found that the sound pressure of box surface and outer sound field is 104.09 dB(A)and 97.9 dB(A)respectively.Taking the thickness of the steel plate at the base of the reducer box as the optimization object and the overall weight as the optimization goal,the box weight is reduced by 235 kg,whose strength checking shows it can meet the requirements of engineering practice with good results.
