摘要
开发高效、稳定的双功能非贵金属催化剂用于电催化全解水仍然是一个重要的挑战。采用水热法和高温热解法制备类石墨烯状碳包裹的Ni/MO_(2)C催化剂。由于Ni和MO_(2)C的协同作用,提高了催化剂的HER和OER性能。该催化剂在0.5 M H2SO4酸性条件下的析氢反应(HER)过电位为131 mV,Tafel斜率为50.44 mV·dec^(-1);在1.0 M KOH碱性条件下的析氧反应(OER)过电位为330 mV,Tafel斜率为59.64 mV·dec^(-1)。较低的过电位和快速的反应动力学使得水分解过程更加直接和高效。该研究提供了一种新的设计双功能催化剂的方法,用于高效的电解水的应用。
The development of efficient and stable bifunctional non-noble metal catalysts for overall water splitting remains an important challenge.In this study,graphene-like carbon encapsulated Ni/MO_(2)C catalysts were prepared by hydrothermal and high temperature pyrolysis method.Due to the synergistic effect of Ni and MO_(2)C,the HER and OER performance of the catalysts was improved.The catalyst achieved an overpotential of 131 mV and a Tafel slope of 50.44 mV·dec-1 for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in 0.5 M H 2SO 4,and an overpotential of 330 mV and a Tafel slope of 59.64 mV·dec-1 for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in 1.0 M KOH.The low overpotential and fast reaction kinetics make the water decomposition process more direct and efficient.This study provides a new approach for designing bifunctional catalysts for efficient water electrolysis applications.
