以适老化公服设施体系为引导的城乡建设转型研究

Research on the Transformation of Urban and Rural Construction Guided by Public Service Facility System Suitable for Aging

本文从解决老年人的“衣、食、住、行、医、养、乐”七大需求出发,基于对设施空间的分类,对空间适老化需求作了整理。城乡建设的适老化转型应当根据老年人的行为特征在四大空间体系中进行空间适老化建设,即适老居住空间、适老化公共服务设施空间、适老出行空间、适老生态交互空间。在适老宜居城镇,适老宜居社区及适老宜居建筑三个空间尺度层面进行落实,分别按照存量城市更新适老化改造,增量乡村振兴城乡设施融合两个方向,统筹完成城乡建设的适老化转型。

According to the needs of the elderly,this paper starts from solving the seven needs of the elderly on"clothing,food,housing,transportation,medical care,health care and happiness",analyzes the perfection of functions,and then classifies the facilities space to sort out the space suitable for aging.The aging transformation of urban and rural construction should be carried out in four major spatial systems according to the behavioral characteristics of the elderly,namely,the aging living space,the aging public service facility space,the aging travel space,and the aging ecological interaction space.Implementation will be carried out at three spatial scales,namely,aged and livable towns,aged and livable communities as well as aged and livable buildings.The aging transformation of urban and rural construction will be completed in accordance with the aging transformation of existing cities and the integration of urban and rural facilities in the direction of incremental rural revitalization.
