开展居家适老化改造要“对症下药”

家庭环境是老年人居家生活的重要空间载体,其适老化程度直接关系到老年人的生命健康和生活品质。近年来,我国开始大力推动老年人居家适老化改造和建设,但长期以来,社会对适老化改造的重要性与必要性认知不足,在一定程度上阻碍了适老化改造进程,导致居家适老化改造存在改造方式单一、实施效果不佳等方面问题。因此,居家适老化改造要以需求为导向,以切实解决老年人及其家庭“急难愁盼”问题为目标,实施老年人行为能力动态跟踪,定期开展老年人与居住环境适应性评估,把情况摸清、把需求找准、把对策提实,推动有关各方共同努力,推进居家适老化改造。

The family environment is an important space carrier for the elderly to live at home,and its aging-friendly degree is directly related to the life health and living quality of the elderly.In recent years,China has begun to vigorously promote the home aging-friendly transformation and construction.But for a long time,the society's insufficient understanding of the importance and necessity of aging-friendly renovation has hindered the process of aging-friendly transformation to a certain extent,resulting in the problems of simplified transformation method and poor implementation effect of home aging-friendly renovation.Therefore,home aging-friendly renovation should be demand-oriented,with the goal of effectively solving the"urgent,difficult and anxious"problems of the elderly and their families,implementing dynamic tracking of the behavior of the elderly,regularly carrying out the adaptability assessment of the elderly and the living environment,based on clarifying the situation,identifying the needs,and improving the countermeasures,so as to promote the joint efforts of all parties concerned to accelerate the home aging-friendly renovation.
