摘要
智慧建筑的发展使建筑投资者们面临新的问题,即智慧建筑涉及的新技术、新材料、新设备、新工艺“四新”的科学采购策略。本研究通过梳理文献要点和邀请专家评估,突破了传统建筑采购策略中的“质量+成本”框架,构建了考虑供应商及其产品智慧化、智慧化水平因素的智慧建筑供应商评价体系,并设计了智慧建筑采购“成本最低、质量最优和智慧化程度最高”的多目标决策模型,以某一项目的智慧调光玻璃采购为例求解模型,为智慧建筑采购方提供了科学决策方案参考。
The development of smart buildings poses new challenges for construction investors,that is,the scientific procurement strategy for"four new"technologies,namely,new technology,new materials,new equipment,and new processes involved in smart buildings.This research broke through the"quality and cost"framework in traditional building procurement strategy by combing the literature points and expert evaluations.Then an evaluation system for smart building suppliers considering the factors of suppliers and their products'intelligence and intelligence level was generated.A multi-objective decision-making model for smart building procurement with the aim of lowest cost,best quality and highest intelligence was proposed and the procurement of smart dimming glass in a project was taken as an example to check this model.This research provides reference of scientific decision-making plan for the procurement of smart buildings.
