钢板混凝土剪力墙超限结构设计——以武汉某住宅项目为例

摘要 钢板与混凝土组合的剪力墙具有自重小、承载力高、整体延性好、耗能能力强、抗震性能优良等优点,在超高层建筑结构中有非常广阔的应用前景。由于现行规范图集对复杂组合结构的构造描述和大样做法涉及较少,导致结构工程师在设计时常常遇到一些困惑。本文结合工程实际,详细介绍了结构的整体布置、墙厚的设计原则、钢板混凝土剪力墙的优点、边缘构件及墙身的细部构造、施工措施、弹塑性分析结果、基础及墙脚设计等内容,希望为钢板混凝土剪力墙推广应用,提供设计参考。 The shear wall composed of steel plate and concrete has advantages such as low self-weight,high bearing capacity,good overall ductility,strong energy dissipation capacity,and excellent seismic performance,which has a very broad application prospect in super high-rise building structures.Due to the limited involvement of the current standard atlas in the construction description and detailed sampling of complex composite structures,structural engineers often encounter some confusion in their design.This article,based on engineering practice,provides a detailed introduction to the overall layout of the structure,design principles for wall thickness,advantages of steel plate concrete shear walls,detailed construction of edge components and wall bodies,construction measures,elastic-plastic analysis results,foundation and wall footing design,which could provide design reference for the promotion and application of steel plate concrete shear walls.
