This paper first discusses the problems and challenges existing in civil engineering construction technology,including the lack of human resources and skills,limitations of building materials,environmental protection and sustainability issues.Then the important value of innovation in civil engineering construction technology is elaborated.Finally,some innovative solutions are proposed,including the application of digital technology,the replacement and reuse of building materials,and the application of new construction methods.These innovative measures can improve the efficiency and quality of civil engineering construction technology,while reducing the impact on the environment.
