摘要
为了应对传统建筑业数字化转型的必然趋势,解决验收资料真实性难以核实、工程质量控制不够精细等问题,开发了一个开放式建设工程管理系统,以“建设工程三元空间模型”为基础,通过对建筑材料使用信息的实时采集和分析处理,给相关单位提供进度、质量、资金、安全等实时状态信息以及各类综合分析数据,建立建筑工程领域的工业互联,从而实现工程施工质量精准控制、工程资料信息化管理、大数据定制化服务、建筑物全生命周期管理的目标。
In response to the inevitable trend of digital transformation in the traditional construction industry and to address issues such as the difficulty of verifying the authenticity of acceptance documents and the lack of precise control over construction quality,an open construction project management system has been developed.Built upon the"Construction Project Three-Dimensional Space Model",this system enables realtime collection and analysis of information on the use of construction materials,which provides relevant entities with real-time status information on progress,quality,funding,and safety,as well as various comprehensive analytical data,thereby establishing industrial interconnection in the field of construction engineering.This system aims to achieve precise control over project quality,information management of project data,customized services based on big data,and lifecycle management of buildings.
