坚持核心素养导向 全面落实立德树人

摘要 面对当今世界科技进步日新月异,人才培养面临新挑战,为应对21世纪知识经济全球化、信息化的挑战,20世纪90年代以来,国际组织与许多国家或地区相继提出核心素养框架。世界范围内的核心素养热潮实质上是教育质量的升级运动,是国际教育竞争的集中反映。随着《中国学生发展核心素养》正式发布和学科核心素养的提出,党的教育方针通过核心素养这一桥梁,连接起宏观教育理念、培养目标与具体教育教学实践的中间环节,明确学生应具备的核心素养,从中观层面深入回答“立什么德、树什么人”的根本问题。坚持核心素养导向,引领课程改革和育人模式变革,全面落实立德树人根本任务。 In today's world,science and technology are advancing rapidly.Talent training faces new challenges.Since the 1990s,international organizations and many countries or regions have put forward the core literacy framework to meet the challenges of knowledge-based economy globalization and informationization in the 21st century.The worldwide upsurge of core literacy is essentially an upgrade movement of education quality and a concentrated reflection of international education competition.With Chinese Students' Development Croe Literacy officially released and discipline core quality is put forward,the Party's education policy through the core accomplishment of this bridge,connects macro education idea,training target and specific education teaching practice of the intermediate links,from the medium level to answer the fundamental problem of what virtue to develop and what talents to cultivate.We should adhere to the guidance of core literacy,lead the reform of curriculum and education model,and fully implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents.
