摘要
在数字经济时代下,人工智能技术飞速发展,推动各个行业的创新和升级,极大提升了人们生活、工作的便利和效率。然而,人工智能的广泛应用也带来一系列重大伦理风险,比如隐私泄露、算法偏见、算法责任归因难等。因此,人工智能伦理教育在商学院教学体系中日益重要。通过系统性梳理人工智能伦理的理论和研究现状,探讨了商学院的人工智能伦理教育,包括论述商科教育独特性、融合人工智能伦理的教学改革及其评估机制的构建,为商学院塑造人工智能伦理教育提供了实用建议。
In the era of the digital economy,artificial intelligence technology is rapidly advancing,driving innovation and upgrades across various industries.Artificial intelligence has significantly enhanced the convenience and efficiency of people's lives and work.However,the widespread application of artificial intelligence also brings a series of significant ethical risks,such as privacy leaks,algorithmic biases,and challenges in attributing algorithmic responsibility.Therefore,education in AI ethics is increasingly important within the business school curriculum.Through systematically reviewing the theories and current research status of AI ethics,this paper explores ethical education in artificial intelligence within business schools.This exploration includes discussions on the unique characteristics of business education,the integration of AI ethics into educational reforms,and the construction of its evaluation mechanisms.This paper provides practical recommendations for shaping AI ethical education in business schools.
